Based in New York City, Rebecca Sanchez is an Associate Photo Editor for MSNBC Photography and a PhD candidate in the Media and Communications Program at the European Graduate School. She holds a master's in broadcast journalism from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, and a bachelor's degree in liberal arts, with a concentration in anthropology, from Sarah Lawrence College.
